磁致伸縮液位計(jì)由三部分組成：探測桿，電路單元和浮子組成。具有HART協(xié)議，可遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)整零點(diǎn)和量程。也可通過機(jī)殼內(nèi)三個(gè)按鍵與LCD液晶進(jìn)行各種參數(shù)調(diào)整。可組態(tài)的參數(shù)包括單位、顯示上下限、阻尼、平移修正、校準(zhǔn)上下限、數(shù)模微調(diào)校正、恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)定。該液位計(jì)測量時(shí)，電路單元產(chǎn)生電流脈沖，該脈沖沿著磁致伸縮線向下傳輸，并產(chǎn)生一個(gè)環(huán)形的磁場。在探測桿外配有浮子，浮子沿探測桿隨液位的變化而上下移動。由于浮子內(nèi)裝有一組永磁鐵，所以浮子同時(shí)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)磁場。當(dāng)電流磁場與浮子磁場相遇時(shí)，產(chǎn)生一個(gè)“扭曲”脈沖，或稱“返回”脈沖。將“返回”脈沖與電流脈沖的時(shí)間差轉(zhuǎn)換成脈沖信號，從而計(jì)算出浮子的實(shí)際位置，測得液位。

 

　　The magnetostrictive level gauge is composed of three parts:the detection rod,the circuit unit and the float.With HART protocol,zero point and range can be adjusted remotely.Various parameters can also be adjusted through the three buttons in the case and LCD liquid crystal.The configurable parameters include units,display upper and lower limits,damping,translation correction,calibration upper and lower limits,digital-analog fine-tuning correction,and factory reset.When the level gauge is measuring,the circuit unit generates a current pulse,which is transmitted down the magnetostrictive line and generates a circular magnetic field.A float is equipped outside the probe rod,and the float moves up and down along the probe rod as the liquid level changes.Since the float is equipped with a set of permanent magnets,the float generates a magnetic field at the same time.When the current magnetic field meets the float magnetic field,a"twisting"pulse,or"returning"pulse,is generated.The time difference between the"return"pulse and the current pulse is converted into a pulse signal to calculate the actual position of the float and measure the liquid level.

 

　　磁致伸縮液位計(jì)假液位處理：

 

　　Treatment of false liquid level of magnetostrictive liquid level gauge:

 

　　1.外界干擾信號過大，造成電路得到的是假的信號，不是實(shí)際測量的信號；

 

　　1.The external interference signal is too large,causing the circuit to get a false signal,not the actual measured signal;

 

　　2.液位計(jì)內(nèi)部的波導(dǎo)絲故障，如松動、密封不好進(jìn)水銹蝕等，造成信號失真；

 

　　2.Failure of the waveguide wire inside the level gauge,such as looseness,poor sealing,water ingress and corrosion,etc.,causing signal distortion;

 

　　3.波導(dǎo)絲安裝不正確，信號傳遞失真；

 

　　3.The waveguide wire is not installed correctly and the signal transmission is distorted;

 

　　4.信號處理電路故障。

 

　　4.The signal processing circuit is faulty.
